Kayoko giggled. "Sure you can! I can tell how you'd get 'rid' of them anyway!"

"Alright, I must depart!" Tomomi started walking out the door. She spoke again as she swung open the door, "See ya later, Yasuo, Kayoko! Thanks again!" Tomomi walked out with the cheesecake in hand and walked across the street. Not knowing it wasn't a red light she almost got hit, nearly dodging the honking cars. "Yikes! Eeek! AAAH!!!" She cried, finally making it to the sidewalk on the other side. She sighed once she got to the other side, "Fwew..." Tomomi continued to walk as people stared at her as though she were weird. ((which she isI'm just trying to explain what they're supposed to look like))

"Green light," Yasuo muttered as he peered at Tomomi and witnessed the little 'event'. He couldn't help but surpress a chuckle.
"Uh, thanks," Yasuo said, turning back and handing the blanket to Kayoko. Moving to a nearby table, Yasuo sat down and took out the watch and battery. He checked the watch over and began prying it open with his fingers. The back cover popped off and Yasuo grinned proudly. He removed the old battery (by banging the watch against his palm until the battery fell out) and then carefully placed the new one in. He forced the cover back on using his palm and smacked it into place.
"Good as new," Yasuo sighed as he looked at the now moving hands. He quickly reset the time and strapped it back to his wrist.

Kayoko smiled at Tomomi. "Come again soon!" She gasped as Tomomi dodged cars, then sighed as Tomomi made it across safely. Yasuo put the watch back together and smiled. Kayoko smiled. "Well, Yasuo-san, this probably means you'll be going. So come again soon!"

Yasuo blinked at what Kayoko said. He shrugged and stood up, heading toward the exit. He stopped as he stood next to the door, staring out at the filled street.
"Yeah, guess it means I'll be going. Thanks for the battery, Kayoko." Then Yasuo sighed and pushed the door open and he muttered, "Take care," as he walked through the threshold. He apathetically crossed the street, cars honking at him. He gave them no recognition, making it to the other side without so much as looking at them.

Kayoko gasped as she saw Yasuo cross the street like Tomomi did. She smiled as she grabbed a broom and started to clean up the mess of boxes and cheesecake.
