Tomomi sat at a table in the corner of the library by the science section, writing away in her notebook, some Japanese, some English, some doodles. Mostly doodles. She had lots of homework to do and wasn't the best at it because she spent all day doing none other than drawing doodles in her notebook or writing notes to her friends. She sighed and moaned whenever she had to erase something, but would diligently press on. She had a soda can full of soda with her, just to keep her from falling asleep, but she soon found it was a bad idea since her elbow accidently hit it and it spilt on every bit of homework she had finished. "NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!" Tomomi cried. People turned their heads at her and gave her glares. The librarian came over and punished her with a slight hit on the head with a ruler. Tomomi banged her head miserably on the wet papers and raised it after she banged it the fifth time or so. A paper was sticking to her head because of the soda and she tried to blow it off, but it still stuck. She moaned and put her cheek to the wet papers, "Why, was homework ever invented?"

Jun was on a nearby table, reading a thick leather-bound book for his research on the Ming dynasty. It wasn't even for him, but for some random girl he met on the internet who seemed interesting enough that Jun offered to help her on her homework. Fortunately for Jun, the magic of the new acquaintance was wearing off, and after he gives her the essay he had promised, he'll never do it again.
He was interrupted by a loud nooooo on a table near him, and watched as the angry librarian hit a girl's head with a ruler. After that, she banged her head on the table several times before stopping. Jun noticed some liquid pouring down from the table, and figured out what the problem might be.
Jun stood up and walked over to her, leaning down to say something but her question interrupted him.
"Well, I really don't know, but if you'd like some help..." he said in a quiet voice so as not to anger the librarian once more. He remembered that he swore not to do someone else's homework again, but he realized, if he could do it for someone across the globe, then why not to a schoolmate?

Tomomi looked up to see a student, around her age, who had offered to help, she lifted her head, with the piece of paper still stuck to her forehead.
Taking it off it pulled her hair with a jolt, and it sort of hurt, she rubbed her head and replied, "I know WHAT to do, well... for the most part, I just have to do it again, and clean up this mess." She sighed, and started to clean up the area around her, "You can help if you like."

Jun nodded and began taking some of the sticky papers on the table. Forget Fiona's assignment, he could just say something unexpected came up.
"You might want to move to another table, because I usually don't bring rags to wipe tables with," he said, meaning it as a joke. He gathered the papers together and inspected them, deeming them legible for the most part.
"I could help you copy this if you want," he offered.

Tomomi continued to pick up papers from the floor, "No, it's ok. I don't want to be lazy bum like one of my older brothers." Tomomi had been wearing a purple bandanna that day and decided she didn't need to wear it and used it to wipe off the table. She was afraid of getting wet, just too dirty. She continued to wipe the table off,"You're nice to offer to help, like with homework. But I've sort of been slacking off lately." ~sweatdrop~ "Especially in science, hehe..." She stood and checked around to see if anything else was wet. Seeing that the soda hadn't touched anything else she sighed happily and smiled, "Fwew! Thank you so much for helping me to clean up! I'm sort of...um...a clutz, hehe." Tomomi put the sticky, wet bandanna on the table and looked at the student kind enough to help her, "Well, if it matters, I'm Tomomi! What's your name?"

Jun handed the papers he gathered over to Tomomi. They were still sticky, and Jun was careful not to drip the remaining soda on his shoes.
"Well, if you don't mind me saying, I don't think it wise to bring drinks inside the library if you're doing homework, but that's just me." he said, staring at the bandanna Tomomi used to wipe the table with.
'I'm Jun, by the way. Nice to meet you, Tomomi-san," he added.

Kayoko went into the library with 5 books on photosynthisis, only to bump into a passing person and dump some on the floor. She quickly picked them up and rushed over to the nearest table. *I did all my homework...This makes up probably for 1 month!* Kayoko thought as she sat down and looked who was next to her. It was Tomomi! "Hello, Tomomi-san, hello, Jun-san." Kayoko said quietly as she rushed with the papers around her. It made a loud annoying clatter the librarian had to shush. "I'm very sorry, librarian-san!" She said a little loudly.

"See you later Jun-san! Thanks again!" She exclaimed, in a whisper of course not to get in anymore trouble. Turning around she saw Kayoko, "Hi, Kayoko-san!" She blurted out forgetting to whisper. She was shushed and glared at again, but at least the librarian didn't hit her on the head.

Kayoko rushed with a bunch of books and papers. "Hi Tomomi-san, I need to get to work, not my most pleasent day with the science teacher." She explained.
