Blind? He sure proved the point, since the corridors were pitch black and there was no sign of a light switch what so ever. And even if it were, they still couldn't see it. Heck, they couldn't see a thing. "Are you sure you know where we are?" she couldn't help but ask after some time running around and leaving it all to Jun. Her orientation was absolutely useless, but after more than ten minutes of walking, she was a little tired. Her high heels didn't help much, either.

"Of course I know where we are," Jun said confidently, yet he knew they were quite lost in the corridors. Why does the place look different without lights? Obviously it was because he'd never roamed the corridors in an almost pitch darkness. Jun knew that the dark shapes and figures were classroom doors, but he couldn't distinguish which corridor they were in. He continued to pull Mika into different directions, but he realized he was making himself mosre confused than before.
"Alright, I give up. I think were lost."

Mika frowned and leaned back against the corridor's wall. "OK, so... now what?" she said, half-disappointed, half-hopeful. She looked at her shoes and started balancing her weight from one to other, since her feet were starting to hurt. She sighed and wondered when she'd finally give up and just get the heels off. Soon enough, by the look of things.
"Jun?" she realized she couldn't see him anymore when she lost interest in her shoes. She blinked, a tad startled. OK, so she could take a dark and deserted corridor while someone else was there, but alone... "I can't see you..."

He regretted going out of the auditorium and getting himself and Mika lost in the dark corridors of the building. Maybe it had been better if he had tried looking for the lights first before continuing on in the direction he thought would lead them to the cafeteria, or at least somewhere with decent lighting.
Unknown that Mika was doing the same, Jun leaned on the corridor wall, and so exhausted with the night, he even contented himself on sitting cross-legged. He sighed quietly, thinking of a solution to their predicament, but nothing seemed to come to him at the moment. He tried sensing what Mika was doing, but she seemed as quiet as him until he heard her call his name.
Jun couldn't answer immediately, as his throat felt rusty from lack of use in the past few minutes. He tried clearing it, making throaty noises until he finally felt it was okay to speak.
"Still here. You okay?" he asked. "Where are you standing anyway?"

A bit alarmed when no one answered her for a while, she reached out with her hands, trying to find something solid when finally he confirmed he was still there. She sighed, relieved and started patting the darkness at her right, where his voice seemed to have come from. Her fingers collided with his shoulder and she quickly grabbed his arm with both hands. She blushed, and was thankful for the darkness. She shouldn't act all this twitchy and panic-y, it wasn't such a big deal. Just the school's corridors by night, right?
