Yasuo shivered when he felt Mika's body touch his own. While speaking was a bit of a problem for Yasuo, touching was a whole other realm. He could never really stand the feeling of having someone wrap their arms around him or even just put an arm on his shoulder. Shaking hands was just formality. Everything else was that alien feeling of friendship. Yasuo nearly scowled.
"Yes, our ignorance of the unknown. A figment of our imagination...as is everything else," Yasuo sighed. He made sure that his bangs were hiding his face once again as he entered his dormant state. It was this way that he could think without having anyone know exactly what was on his mind.
"Yes...it was dorm number seven, if I recall correctly?" Yasuo tried his best to remember when Mika had announced her dorm number off her key. "Yes, I believe it was seven. If you have nothing you need immediately, shall I take what I have right now and wait for you at the door?" Yasuo asked, though his voice now sounded dull.

Kayoko smiled. "It's not your fault, you couldn't see where you were going!" Kayoko gasped. "Or maybe it's my fault! I should have moved out of your way to avoid crashing!" Kayoko smiled again. "It's really nothing to worry about! I'll take care of Mika's books for her, and then I'll visit the nurse!" Kayoko looked at her leg. "It only looks like a bruise! Not really a problem!"

OOC: ive been off for quite some time and I was wondering how my first thread was goin' and I see. Its going pretty well.
BIC:
A distant voice came over to him... Maybe not that distant. A young dude right in front of him and seemed like he had asked something. Rinji was too busy listening with the loud and powerful music playing in his ears. Who could resist 'Green Day?' They can. Chuckling the young dude seemed, though he didnt hear it.
He better not be asking for some directions... Coz I dont know a single thing!
Taking his time he removed the ear plugs that delivered him entertaiment. He gave an effortless smile of friendliness and try to look as outgoing as possible.
"Uhm, what?" Rinji asked, feeling a bit stupid.
"Were you asking for directions? Coz I dont know anyhting bout here, Im new," He continued smiling sheepishly.
"I was listening to something, Green Day? You know them?" He asked another question as if trying to create a better conversation.
"Alright, Ill stop now, I mean, I keep on saying- Argh. Blah. Sorry," feeling every inch idiot.
After the desperate try of being friendly and bailing himnself out for being an idiot, a girl came. Looking all friendly and jumpy. She greeted him with the -san thing at the end of the 'new student' word. What did it mean? As moments passed by, he felt 'more stupidier.' (exageration) He couldnt help but let a tensed chuckle out.
"Uh, hey..." He managed to come out with a not-so-good comeback.
Before he could even introduced who the hell he was, another female student came by. The two feamle and the male student seem to know one another as they greet one another. The two female engaged into a conversation as he watched them speak, watching their mouths moved from closed position to circles and ovals, he just stood there and felt a bit out of place.
After a while, he noticed the loudness of his music. Seeing the expression from the other passer bys hearing his sounds, he may have been listening too loud. He reached in his pocket his i pod and toned it down. Rinji smiled sheepishly and glanced to the polished floor.
People just keep on pouring in as another female though she was no girl but a woman. She asked for directions to the kurenai Dorms, which Rinji has no specific idea its where abouts. He tried to smile and look like he was fine.
The other girl who introduced herself as Mika asnwered and all the stuff. He met a lot of people on his first day. Yasou the guy who seemed too cool about things, Kayoko the hyper active girl, Mika a girl he havent made any speculations what was she like, Tsukiko another female that just came and Camilla, the woman who was tyring to find the Kurenai Dorms.
"I am Rinji..." He finally introduced himslef to the small crowd he attracted or something.
He smiled and shoved his hands deeper to his cargo pants pockets.

Mika allowed herself to smirk at his uncomfortable-ness. Some people were such idiots. What was wrong about touching? She felt that anything physical was nothing compared to the psychological realm. So, she didn't truly understand why people like Yasuo were uncomfortable with it. It was just there. No need to worry about it, not like the cutting anguish of a word. But, in a way, she liked making cold people uncomfortable and Yasuo was every bit of cold. "Yes, it's number seven. I'll join you there in a moment," she said, seemingly oblivious to his former statement. But she smiled inwardly. A more privet conversation with him would be... interesting. Just as that, she turned her attention to Rinji, who had finally said something. "Pleased to meet you! I also like Green Day, what other music do you like?" Her voice was slightly excited, but it was just small talk. Her arms were getting tired and she hoped to get on with it as soon as possible. It was her responsibility, as Daaku Student Advisor, to welcome new students, but she was getting bored and the pulsating pain in her arms was just about enough to set her on the edge. She hoped she wouldn't become bitter or cold right now and she'd keep her cool, but she couldn't bet on it.

Kayoko stood up and smiled as she collected the books. "Thanks, Yasuo-san! I'll go to your dorm room, if you want, Mika-san." Kayoko bowed with difficulty, careful not to drop Mika's things.

Tsukiko hesitated. "Well....okay, if you say so Kayoko-chan." Tsukiko had her back turned to the new guy, oblivious to his presence. She held books and papers tightly to her chest, assuming that they were Mika's.
"I would love to help you carry your things to the dorms Mika-san, to make up for all the trouble I caused." She muttered akwardly, nervous of the possible reactions. Tsukiko used her arm to secure the papers and free up her left hand. She touched her finger lightly to her right rist, expecting to feel a threaded strap. Instead her hand was met with the softness of bare skin, to Tsukiko's worry. The camera!
"Does anyone see a small camera on the floor anywhere? I must have dropped it in all the commotion!" She panicked, hoping it was unharmed. That camera was secretly a precious object to her. She tried to hold her arms steady, preventing the books from slipping beneath.

Kayoko carefully put the books and stuff down, and took out her wallet. "How much did it cost??"

Tsukiko's features jerked as they seemed surprised at Kayoko's outburst. She denied the fact that the camera may be crushed or lost forever, floating out to the abyss. She tried to look casual.
"No it's okay! But ummm.....why do you ask?" She started blinking repeatedly and slighty lowered her head so that strands of hair would cover her reddening face.
Why did this always happen? She wasn't truly upset, but yet the tears always came slowly, pushing through her pupils. Sometimes it felt like her emotions controlled her thoughts and body, in which she could not retaliate. Then the embarrasment followed, which then became the true source of the pain.

Kayoko looked at Tsukiko, and put her wallet away. She carefully wrapped her arms around her in a gentle hug. "Are you ok? We'll find it..Can you remember where you had it last you checked?"

Tsukiko looked up and tried to smile but it came out crooked and fake. "No really I don't care. I have another in my dorm." She was telling the truth. Tsukiko was over that problem and was stricken with a new one. She had shown weakness in the form of a flushed glistening face, while being unable to breathe properly. Her breaths came out in short little gasps that were easily audible.
She took her trembling hand and gently pushed away Kayoko's. She lifted them to her face and wiped it across, even though new tears still cascaded down her cheeks. Her stupid feelings! They pushed her around like a clinging bully! Tsukiko tried to hold the gasps in but to no avail. She tried to step away from the crowd, attempting to dodge confrontation.
