Kohana fidgeted because of Tomomi's reaction. All she could think was that she had somehow crossed some line. "I'm sorry, I don't mean anything by it. I swear! . If you think I'm talking bad about him I'm not. I just don't know if he thinks me a nuisance and would rather not be my friend. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I was just wondering weather or not he was annoyed by me and didn't want me around. I'm sorry I really am. If you and him are going out I swear I'm not interested!!! Oh I didn't mean to offend you. I can change the topic if you like," All of of which Kohana had manged to blurt out in about 5 seconds. Her eyes wide with worry that she was chasing away another person.
"Like this book for example I can talk about this book! It's very interesting! I never knew there was a certain way you were suppose to sit at the low tables, or that it was different for guys and girls. I truly am sorry!"

Tomomi shook her head, "No! I'm the one who should be sorry! I'm just being all muttery and, well, nevermind." Tomomi smiled at her and her hope for forgiveness, "Don't worry about it, if you still think you did anything."

"Oh, okay," Kohana said calmed down quite a bit. "Thank you."
Kohana looked down at the book at the 'traditional tables' then around the library. "I think this book is a bit outdated."

Tomomi stretched her neck out to look at the page, after seeing it, she sat back in her chair, "Only in fancy, traditional restaurants."

"Oh, okay. Thanks Tomomi-san." Kohana closed up the book and stretched. "It's a good book and All But maybe I can just learn from experience."

Tomomi nodded, but started talking, "I hate the fancy restaurants. Well, hate strong so DISLIKE instead. I DISLIKE them. The chef gets ticked off if you don't eat everything and so does my dad. And if I sit cross-legged I get snapped at. It's truly not so great." Then she smiled, "Except the food of course!!!"

Tomomi looked around slyly, then spoke in a soft, almost devil-like murmur, "Ya know what?" She looked around again, "I agree."

Tomomi tilted her head with a smile, "That sounds great!" She thought for a moment, "This school's food isn't so bad, but I'll take authentic, Chinese take out any occasion!"
