Adam walked past the lavatories on his way back to his room. he knew he shouldn't. if he gets caught he would be in Verry serius trouble. but he shrugged off his doubts and took the black crystals from the jar. he put them quickly into a jar of water and flushed it down a loo in the boys toilets. with a loud bang and lots of smoke behind him adam walked away.

Kayoko casually passed the boys bathroom when she saw smoke. Most people would be in their classrooms, and that was good, considering the fact she'd be in serious trouble if she was caught in the boys bathroom. "Hello! Is anyone there?" Kayoko shouted into the open door. The smoke didn't stop. That's bad. Kayoko looked around and quickly went in. She smelled something awful, like burning chemicals, but ignored it and searched the stalls. She looked at the toilet that was seeming to make the smoke. The water was black and cloudy with smoke rising from the top. Kayoko didn't know whether the toilet would explode or not, and it wasn't the best idea to leave either, what is someone walked in as the toilet exploded?? But she did need help, and yelling was something she could try. "HEEEEYY!! ANYONE WHO KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT CHEMICALS, PLEASE COME IN HERE, NOOOOW!" She shouted at the top of her lungs. The toilet started to shake voilently and Kayoko screamed louder. "HEEEEEELP!!!" She ran out of the stall, and figured the toilet would explode in less than what she had to make it out the door. So she quickly ducked and hid in a ball under the sinks. The floor shook violently as the chemicals erupted. Kayoko screamed as loud as she could before the toilet exploded, sending shards of flat metal everywhere. One of which hit Kayoko, which knocked her out.

Yasuo muttered a string of obscenities. He had gotten in trouble with his science teacher. Yasuo wasn't even sure why he was in trouble; he just was.
The loud noise of someone screaming didn't lighten Yasuo's mood. He wished he had a gun with one bullet. Who to shoot, himself or the one screaming - heck, maybe the science teacher - was another issue. But when Yasuo saw a plume of black smoke rising from underneath the boy's bathroom door, he dismissed any previous thoughts and ran straight inside.
Yasuo covered his face, shielding himself from porcelain that was flying through the air. Water now began shooting out of one of the stall, rapidly flooding the bathroom. But one thing - rather, someone - caught Yasuo's eye.
"Kayoko!" Rushing to her side, Yasuo placed her head in his lap. For some reason beyond him, Yasuo checked her pulse: still alive. She had a nasty bump that looked as if it could start bleeding at any moment, right on her head. Cursing again, Yasuo groaned and lifted Kayoko up into his arms, cradling her. He wasn't much of an active person, so Yasuo struggled for a while, catching his balance and hoping not to slip on the watery floor.
Finally claiming his balance, Yasuo rushed out of the bathroom and into the hallway, Kayoko in his arms. Shifting her slightly so that she wouldn't slip out of his arms, Yasuo looked around.
"Where was the nurse's office?!" Yasuo cursed not so silently this time, calling out to someone. "Hey! I need help, someone's hurt!" His croaky voice hurt him, but he ignored it. "Hey, anyone!! I've got an injured student! Help!" Yasuo coughed as the lingering black smoke rose. It began to enter his lungs and cut off his breathing. With no windows around this particular area, the only thing to do was stay low. He placed Kayoko gently on the floor and then he laid down on his belly. He coughed again, forgetting about calling out anymore.
He only hoped someone had heard him. In the mean time, all he did was rip a piece of his shirt off and cover Kayoko's mouth with it to ensure nothing reached her lungs as she remained unconcious.

Mika was passing along the lavatories while on her way to the Arts wing when loud screaming reached to her ears. A little surprised, she looked around to find the source of the sound and saw a trail of black smoke making its way out of the boys lavatories. Her general calm and relaxed state passed to panic in a matter of seconds. A fire! Eyes wide with worry and surprise, she wondered what should she do first. She wanted to get in and help whoever was there, but how would she help them? She looked around for an extinguisher or something and luckily found one pinned against a wall. She struggled a little to get it and to hold it, since she was no athlete when it came to that. She was good at running or swimming, never at lifting heavy things. But with that and all, she burst trough the door with it in her hands. Mika gasped when she saw an unconscious Kayoko and a coughing Yasuo. She rushed towards them, also coughing. The tick smoke was hurting her eyes, so she crouched next to Kayoko. "What happened? Is she alright?" she asked quickly, forgetting about the extinguisher in her arms. She didn't see any fire, she realized. Only black smoke.

Yasuo glared at Mika, the black smoke causing his eyes to begin welling up with tears. It was hurting, and his inability to speak wasn't helping. Yasuo pointed at the extinguisher, coughing and trying to keep the same piece of cloth over Kayoko's mouth.
"B..low s-smoke ..a..way," Yasuo struggled with the words, his lungs nearly filled with the smoke. His eyes twitched madly as he coughed and his lungs felt as if someone had just dropped a match inside them. He felt so helpless now, so incredibly useless. Maybe the smoke would finally take him and end the misery....
But for now, Yasuo had a friend to think of. He stood, awkwardly and held Kayoko by her shoulder, his other hand covering her mouth still. He did his best not to intake anymore of the lingering smoke. His clothes were wet from laying on that floor and his body was a mixture of cold and hot. He told himself to hang on, slowly making his way to the door.

Kayoko's eyes slowly opened as her head throbbed furiously. She didn't notice she was being carried, and soon discovered there was smoke everywhere. Kayoko wheezed a couple time because she had asthma. She noticed Yasou was carring her and tried to take off the cloth in a desperate attempt to help her friend. "...Are..you ok..Yasou-san?" Kayoko wheezed, slightly muffled. Her eyes were slightly lazed over, as she saw Miko. "What..about you...Miko..-san..?" Kayoko asked coughing. Soon she was in a furious coughing fit from talking. Her cheeks turned a slight red from fever as she looked at Yasuo. "I..can....walk..." Kayoko said as she coughed again and tried to get down from his shoulders.

Mika blinked and shot him a confused look. What the hell? Shrugging it off, she tried to get the stupid thing to work. It proved to be more work than she'd have thought and by the time she got it to actually work, her lugs felt on fire with all the smoke she had inhaled. She siphoned the smoke away, but some traces of it were still in the room, since it only had a small window. "We've... got to get... out of here," she managed to say, choking. She put the extinguisher down and grabbed Kayoko's side and motioned Yasuo to help her get to the door. She really didn't have much energy as to say something.

"Good God."
Lenore Lamont, a slender girl of about 17, was walking through the hallways of her new school, a white and light brown spoted beagle trotting at her side. She wasn't nervous, quite the contrary actually, as she walked past classroom after classroom after classroom, each filled with students and professors. Green eyes behind oval, black plastic glasses flickered unhumorously from one window to the next.
It was around the area where the science rooms grew more populous that she first heard the shouting. Thinking it was just a queasy student in a Biology class objecing to disect a frog, Lenore continued on her way, hands clasped in front of her, puppy at her side. A few moments later, as she began to reach the lavatories, she spelt smoke and stopped short. A fire? Surely not. This was a school, after all. They would not allow fires. Right?
The smell of smoke grew stronger, but to Lenore it was all consuming. She shut her eyes and covered her face, frozen to the spot, until she heard more voices and coughs. She shook her head, thinking that she was just making up the voices and the smoke, but the sharp smell of the smoke told her she was wrong. Dropping her hands from her face, Lenore made up her mind. Biting her lip and telling Lady, her beagle, to stay put, Lenore ran towards the general direction of the noises. Entering the boys lavatories with no hesitation, Lenore stopped. What she found provoked those very words.
"I'll get you guys out. Just stay calm, okay?" Snapping out of her reverie, Lenore rushed up to the three students, all of which seemed to have been breathing in the smoke way too long. Lenore began to pull them out of the bathroom. She could tell something was not right; the smoke smelt different, it wasn't the same sharp smoke from a fire, and one of the girls' had a pretty bad gash growing on her forehead (something to do with the destroyed toilet?). Going for that girl first, Lenore picked her up despite any complaints, a surprising deed for a girl as slender as Lenore, and set her down outside. Returning to the bathroom, she could see that the remaining girl was not as worse off as the other two were.
"Are you strong enough? Do you think you could help me carry him out?" Lenore spoke as clearly as she could, her hand gesturing to the boy beside her. Her green eyes searched the girls' as a slender fingered hand pushed hair from the girls' eyes. "Can you hear me?"

Kayoko blinked a couple times as a person came into view after she was lifted somewhere. She coughed, then said. "Hello..New student-san...." Kayoko smiled. "How are..you?" Kayoko asked with some fake cheerfulness. Suddenly she felt a sting and a dull thobbing near her forehead. She put her hand on the stinging and felt something wet. Blood. Kayoko put Yasuo's cloth on her head, which soaked quickly.

Yasuo sneared at the new student and Mika. "Just get the hell out!" Yasuo finally snapped, waving them towards the door he was currently limping to. His hand rest on his chest, his leg weak. The blood flow in his body was beginning to slow, making Yasuo feel even weaker than he thought he could be.
He thought of nothing. Only the black smoke filled his vision and darkness engulfed his mind. He was mechanically walking towards the door and out to freedom. He coughed so violently that he could've sworn he saw blood spurt from within his mouth. He grimaced, feeling faint and strangely empty.
"Just...get out.." Yasuo sighed, crumpling to his knees. He covered his mouth with one hand, starting to crawl with the other. The soaked floor looked very promising to Yasuo now, but he did not allow himself to falter. He grabbed onto a sink nearby and pulled himself up. He leaned on it, helpless and weak.
He felt so useless. Why bother to continue life? Yasuo couldn't help cackling madly with that thought. He didn't make any movement. He stayed put, leaning on the sink. And finally, he laughed himself into a trance. His body slumped up against the pipe and floor, making a small splash in the water that continued to spurt from where the toilet had burst.
