A few twists and turns around the school later and Mika and Rinji were finally in the corridor leading towards the Daaku dorms. A trail of doors lead to the different rooms where students rested, did homework, listen to music and just everything they wanted. She skipped the first three doors to the left, not even looking at the ones at the right. The brunette stopped in front of the door number seven and rumbled a little in a pocket of a hoodie tied around her waist. Finally finding what she wanted, she pushed a small key inside the keyhole and turned it, the door opening with a soft click. "And this," she entered the room and motioned around, "is my room." The central piece of furniture was a medium-sized bed, with white, silk sheets and green silk pillows, surrounded by a mosquito net that made her feel like a princess every time she saw it. A wooden desk full of papers, notebooks and random pencils or pens was sitting near the door, a comfortable chair along with it. An assorted dresser and a small cage, along with a small table with two chairs and a book shelve were the rest of the furniture, displaced quite smartly around the place. The room gave an air of a classy, elegant even, mess. It was painted in white, making quite a contrast with the emerald green carpeting. The room was big, but not too big and she was glad they let you decorate it how you'd like. She'd go nuts if she were to stay in a hotel-like room for almost a year. A slight rubbing motion made her look down. She was greeted with the sight of Iko, heading towards the door. She grinned. "Oh, no you don't!" Mika grabbed the cat just as it was about to slip out. "You know you're not allowed out unless it's with me, so forget it," she said, holding the kitty face to face with her. "This is Iko and he's a trouble maker," she said, turning to Rinji with a smile on her face. She hoped he liked cats, since Iko purred at the sight of him. When Iko liked someone, that someone either liked him back or couldn't get rid of him forever.

OOC: Ei Mika....Im sooo SORRY. Hope its alright.
BIC:
Rinji gladly held a bunch of books, papers and a lot of assortments of things in his arms. He smiled as he managed to carry them without stumbling nor tripping in the process of walking to the Daaku dorms. Mika was a pretty nice gal to be with and he was lucky enough to know her in his first day. He glanced at the changing surroundings around him, trying to remember things and hints, just in case he get lost.
White earplugs hung loosely on both of his broad shoulders as he ambled through the polished floor. After a while, they came across a long hallway with a lot of doors leading to different rooms. Behind every door was potential best bud, just thinking of it was making him all excited. He glanced once in a while at her, if she looks he would just simply smile.
Sounds joined in like orchestra. Sounds from different dorms created noise rather than good music he would love to listen to. From the other room emitted a loud music which he recognized as SUM 41s song while the other room was making rather weird noise of thudding and bumping and all. Making him wonder...
What in the hell are they doing in there?
But the soft click that his sensitive ears caught returned him back to the state of reality and out of the clouds. He was thinking too much again.... Rinji took a whiff of the floral scented room of the girl. His eyes traveled from the center piece to the smallest of small details inside the large space. It was good room, pretty much feminine. Regarding the mosquito net at the silken bed was much like the princess style bed.
"Pretty cool room," He complimented with another charming smile.
While being preoccupied with the observations and all, Mika was now holding a rather healthy cat, introducing it as 'Iko.' It purred and looked non like the wild house cats back at his place. Rinji returned the smile as he reached out and touched its head, gently caressing it with his free hand, of course balancing the other things on the other.
"Hey Iko," He greeted the cat as he lean a bit closer.
"Hes aaiiight, he doesn't seem to be the troublemaker you said," as he smiled and to Mika then to the cat.

Mika grinned. "Thanks, I love it, too," she said, turning back to the room again. "Oh, he is," she replied rather dreamily. "You'll see," she muttered as Iko almost slipped out of her arms again. He seemed very eager to greet Rinji in his own way, but she didn't know if he could handle holding the cat and the papers. The papers! Mika blushed again and shut the door behind them, finally letting Iko down after that precaution had been set. "So sorry! Here, let me...put them here," she said, biting her lips. It was a nervous habit of hers, she needed to stop, but couldn't at the time. She tried to grab some of the stuff in his hands and gestured towards the messy desk. Sh quickly became a little self-conscious. She seriously needed to clean this place up.
[OOC: Sorry, short and sort of crappy post. I had a bad day...]

OOC: Its aiiight. I too have bad days.

Rinji simply smiled as Mika got some of the stuff from his arms and took it, placing them on a rather messy desk. It was filled with all the stuff you can imagine, or so he thought. She must be a hardworker and has hectic schedule. From the looks of the things she carries and the working desk, you dont need anymore proof. He soon followed her and lie down the other stuff.
Before he could even fetch the door and closed it, Mika beat her up to it. He also noticed the lip biting, a result of nervousness, maybe...
"You must be a hardworking person," He said.
"Coz, man, that desk has a lot of stuff," smiling lopsidedly.
He stood on the emrald green carpeting, for a moment, blankly looking at the interior of the room. It was really feminine and classy.
.SNAP.
Welcome back to the real world. Rinji found a mushy sofa and sat comfortably on it. He adjusts his weight, until he felt in total ease. He watched her look a bit hurried and worried.
"Mika, this place aiiight, Ive seen worse rooms," Rinji said, trying to take her mind off the current staus of the room.
"I mean worse, as in you cant even distinguish if it was a room, and it stinks of a dead rat," Rinji explained, recalling the place.

Mika blushed and smiled at his observation. Yes, she was a very hard-working person and when she started something, she finished it. But she didn't always have time to finish things with all the responsibilities, homework and other worries she had... She threw the desk a pained glance, promising herself to clean up a bit as soon as possible and turned back to Rinji. "Yeah... I try to keep it clean, but it's like this mess grows by itself," she said, chuckling. She sat down in one of the chairs besides the sofa and smiled, her worries totally cleared. "It's a wonder this doesn't smell of dead rat, with all the troubles Iko can cause," she remarked, eying the cat with a smile. Just like that, she started feeling more and more comfortable. It was her room, after all... No need to be nervous. She stretched like a cat, a little tired of all the running around and of holding the papers in the main foyer. She grinned at Rinji and picked up an open book off the table. She bookmarked and closed the paperback she had been reading and got up to put it on a nightstand. "Do you want to wait for the others to come in with the rest of the stuff or do you want to see your room?" the brunette asked, sitting down again. Iko had already taken his place on the sofa besides Rinji. She smiled contently.

Rinji sighed as he watched her fix up some things. Watching her swaying hips as she walked from one place from another, a rather feminine girl. And she looks like she even loves reading for she just bookmarked a certain book and placed it on her nightstand.
It must be her way of relaxing.
Rinji chuckles lightly and grins.
"Hey, don't let it grow too much, it might just turn into some kind of mutation,"
"And I know the professors wont like that," He said grinning.
Mika places herself near the sofa, sitting comfortably on a chair, while Iko had already placed himself beside him on the sofa. Adorably curled and seemed to be taking a nap.
"This place would stink of dead rat if Iko does bring a dead rat here," Rinji proclaimed.
The rooms motif was mostly green and white, making him remember a hotel suite he used to live in. The memories of the states made him just feel like wanting to go back more... But meeting her and possibly more friends can just be a reason to think twice. A hope of liking it here.
"I think I would rather stay for a while and wait for them," Rinji lopsidedly smiles.
"and another thing, my rooms not yet finished, its still being renovated, I want it to be sound proof and all that stuff," He said grinning.
"I would personally invite you once its done," He offers with a charming smile.

She laughed with him, thinking of progressively growing slime monsters. "Yeah, they'd probably kill me," she said, grinning. Again, the image of a slime monster, this time with papers and pens and some books in it, attacked her. She chuckled lightly when he added the rat comment. "Well, that solves it, then. The professors won't kill me. They'll be dead by the time they get her because of him," she said, nodding in Iko's direction. He was either fast asleep, or faking it for some odd reason. He sometimes did that when she was reading with him in her arms; it never failed to make her jump when he suddenly patted her hand when turning the page. That sneaky little... "Great! This way, I have you for myself a little more," she chided, grinning. She was joking, but the slight flirtatious twist couldn't be denied. Maybe she had been a little more shy than normal before, but now, Mika was back to her usual self. She wasn't confident, by any means, but she had the ability of making fun of everything on Earth, including herself, without having to seriously hurt others. Being a bit of a klutz had made her like that. Shy, yes, but open-minded and fun after first impressions. "Cookies? Music? What would you like to listen?" the petite brunette asked conversationally. She liked to create a comfortable atmosphere around her and some music would be great right now. She uncrossed her legs and sat up, walking towards the bookcase. She looked at CD titles, not really looking for something as she waited for his reply.

A mutated monster from Mikas desk was something that was building up in his imaginative mind. It would be green and slimey, stinking fo dead rat of course for Iko would bring one for sure. Like the famous blob it would absorb everything in its way. In its jelly like interior would be Mikas homework, her favorite book, some instruments and a lot of other things you wouldnt think will be their.
Rinji chuckles a bit.
"The blob would be a big help, dont you think?" He said thinking postively.
"It could carry all the stuff and trash you have in its jelly like body, then you wont get scold or get reprimanded, for your blob would be taking care of the higher authorities in a jiffy," He explained, rubbing his chin lightly.
"Great! This way, I have you for myself a little more,"
Did I hear that right?
"Well, well," He said as he stood up and followed her to the shelves.
The tension was building up now, Rinji had decided to make things tad a bit more intresting. Living on the edge is what he perfers than trying to avoid all the dangers in this world. Enjoying every moment to the fullest extent. We only have on lifetime and its better to make it the best one coz theres nothing waiting for us after this life. Only the unknown of heaven and hell.
He walks closer to her, to the extent that his chest was touching her back. Leaning a bit on her right shoulder, he took a whiff of her scent. Sweet and young, kindy floral and flirty too. Not like the ones he had sniffed back at the states, where the womens perfume was quite strong...But it was alluring still.
He was being flirty again, trying to charm another girl he just met.
His slender fingers reached to her face and tucked a piece of brown hair behind her ear and smiled, it was kind if a smirk but still charming.
"So... you have me for yourself..." He whispered softly.
"what are your plans?" warm, breath upon her skin.
"Times running..." He whispered once more. Softly and slowly.

Hmmm. He did have a point in that, she mused. Maybe a green, slimy monster would be useful after all... That way, she wouldn't have to clean in forever. She chuckled, imagining the thing swallowing her things and vomiting them in a huge trash can. She wasn't sure a monster was supposed to obey others, though. Her breath hitched as she felt him so near her. She suddenly thought it had been very stupid of her to already start flirting. Mika was a girl that took her time with things, never doing something rash and always having a back-up plan. She seemed wild and free, but knew well the limits of this golden cage that life is and always made sure to stay away from the edges. For her, it was everything or nothing, but nothing could always be replaced with something else. The petite brunette turned face to face with him, deciding that if the game had been started, then why not continue it? She looked straight into his eyes, a slight glint in her blue eyes. She momentarily resembled a lion looking at its pray, even if Rinji towered her. "Do you really want me to answer that question?" she whispered, licking her lips for the effect. Her insides squirmed with pleasure, noticing that her voice had sounded exactly like she had wanted to: soft, smooth and sensual. Yes, sensual. That was her key word. Sensual and unpredictable. She hoped he liked surprises.

Rinji watched her change personality to a goody two shoes and hard working student persona to a seductive young petite girl. His brown eyes followed her lips as she licked it. No. This was not the scenario he was thinking of, no. Not this. He had encountered a lot of girls just like her, doing the exact same thing. It was a complete replica.
Slowly he backed off, looking at her with expressive eyes, and it expressed not liking but something else. But it was far from liking. He felt bad and sorry, he was just to fed up of the same scenario, over and over again. Like a nonstop movie playing. He knew the scenario well that he could predict how things would go now.
Rinji didn't want to seem rude nor a bad guy, but he was just expecting something more and different. More of the being angry and getting slapped, for he have never experienced, even once, getting slapped by a pretty girl. It gave him the thrill to experience it and it was challenging. Thats why, he couldn't possibly indulge to another familiar scenario for he knew it too well.
"I- I'm sorry Mika, sorry," he said softly as he backed away, his eyes were reflecting his feelings.
"Please, just don't ask why," He continued.
"you're beautiful and all, its just that-"
"This was a bad idea, I-I'm sorry," His words were speaking for itself.
The door. He saw the door. A way in and a way out. His mind and himself was now arguing, whether he was to leave or not. To leave is to get out and escape from the scenario, not cowardice. To stay is to make things worse.
.OUCH.
His head was now throbbing with some kind of pain. Too much thinking is bad for him, he was not used in thinking too difficult, except one moment of his life, and that was not worth telling for those who just forget it and disregard.
The time seem to stopped as he backed off from a familiar scenario. The door. A way in and a way out. He have decided.
I'm Thankful but I'm sorry.
Toward the closed door he walked, toward the exit, the ending. His pale hands reached for the door knob, moving his wrist a bit, the door opened. he took once look, he put in the plugs again and went away.
Away.
